There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Elton: Page 3, line 17, following "receipt.": Insert "A waiver of liquidated damages may not be a condition of employment." Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. Representative Elton moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 by was offered by Representative Finkelstein: Page 2, lines 15 - 23: Delete all material. Insert "." Representative Finkelstein moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Mulder objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representative Davies: Page 3, line 8, following "right": Insert "as to this claim" Representative Davies moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 115(JUD) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Objection was heard. The Speaker stated that CSHB 115(JUD) am will be in third reading on the March 24, 1995, calendar.
